Our sessions are open to riders of all abilities, with everyone working at a personal level to improve their cycling and overall fitness.
Book a Beginners Course, come to our Open Sessions or arrange 1-2-1 training with a coach.

An hour of interval-style training to increase your FTP.
Riding in your sweetspot power zone will greatly improve your endurance capacity allowing you to ride faster for longer by increasing your aerobic threshold.
You can’t beat long intervals at and slightly above your lactate threshold to push those FTP figures up a few notches
SHUT UP LEGS
Conquer 2 rolling hills which increase in intensity as the session progresses. Finish with steady accelerations at the summit of each climb when your legs are screaming
We recommend doing an FTP Test once every few months to check that your training zones and parameters are still correct. Its also a great way to quantify the improvements your making. Look out for this session on the calendar.
If its icy out on the road or the weather is horrendous, we will often run last minute weekend sessions so people can get their miles in. This may be in the format of a Sufferfest Video or similar and will last 60 - 90 minutes. Watch out on social media for the announcements.
