What to Expect:
Your trial session is your opportunity to meet the coach, see the studio and ask any questions outside of a regular class.
After completing a basic PAR-Q Form (Basic Health Assessment Questionnaire) we will explain the basics of a bike fit and get you comfortable.
During a short warm up, we will discuss your training and fitness goals and explain how the bikes work.
The trial session includes a basic fitness test known as a Max Ramp Test which will take between 10 and 20 minutes.
The results of this test are used to structure your future training specifically to you at your current fitness.
